If you are a subscriber and it's still not working for you, please verify that your browser has the latest update. I'm watching it on the latest version of Chrome and it's working fine.

(Chrome had an update for Macs and PCs today, 10/13/15, Firefox had an update 10/1/15, and Windows 8.1 had a new update 9/8/15. Safari for Mac had an update 9/30/15. Internet Explorer had an update 9/8/15.)
